Submit order request to your lab manager

Tell your lab manager what you want to order by submitting new order requests in your group. Once you build up an order history, you can search through it and request items you've ordered before.
1. In “Orders Request” tab. Click the green button: “+Order Request”

2. Fill in the necessary fields, and click “Submit Request”. Your lab manager can receive a mail notification about your request and start process your order immediately.

3. Congratulation! Your order request is submitted! Now, wait until your lab manager approves it and place actual order for you.

Lab Fairy embraces Eli Lewis's lab at Ben Gurion university of the Negev

This time Lab Fairy has got a call from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. It's a pure pleasure to work with a professional lab manager Having boarded a train heading South, the Lab Fairy had an hour ride to Beer Sheva. At the campus which is shared by hospital and university, Lab Fairy was met by amazing lab manager - Ronen Schuster. Ronen was so positive and cooperative that Lab Fairy had a true pleasure of working with him. This is a big day for Biology Labs, who store their antibodies/plasmids/etc. in freezer boxes. Use email message templates when you send orders to purchasing coordinators

Recently, we added support for templates in the purchasing coordinator screen. That means that you could save your custom messages and wording for a different purchasing coordinator that work to facilitate research at your lab. It's easy to reuse existing templates and even more easy to create new ones. Please leave us questions about anything in LabSuit. We are very quick responders!
